Competition Information for:

THE CHEERLEADING WORLDS

Saturday & Sunday April 26^th & 27^th

Competition Location: Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex in the Milkhouse (Fieldhouse)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!! 

You MUST bring all parts of your uniform with you on the plane!  We don’t have any “back-up” teams in Orlando to borrow from this weekend.

Also you MUST have on your green wristband when meeting the USASF escorts at the baggage claim area of the Orlando Airport.

Arrival at Hotel:  Once you are settled in your hotel you will need to call or text me to let me know you (and your uniform!!) arrived safely.  I am also including Coach Jimmy’s number in the event you need to reach us throughout the weekend and can’t find me.  (Do not use up his minutes to tell us you’ve arrived please!)

I have given everyone a packet of two letters sent out by the USASF containing details and information about this weekend’s event and other activities.  I suggest everyone take the time to look this over.

Specific Team Information:  Since we are all staying at the Caribbean we will go over together to compete. 

            Saturday:  Meet at Worlds Bus Stop at Caribbean at 12:15 pm. Commuters meet @ Milkhouse 12:45 pm

                        We go into Warm-Ups at 2:16 pm

                        Compete at 3:01 pm

                        Finalist Announcements are at 5:45 pm (They take 28 out of 57 teams to finals!)

                  **On Saturday, if you are hanging around the competition you may change into your new Venom tee and black Viper shorts**

         Sunday:  Our arrival time TBA.  The small senior division is from 9:00 am to 12:56 pm. 

                     They will announce top ten teams at 1:30 pm

                     Awards ceremony will be at 1:45 pm

                     **On Sunday, while waiting for top ten announcements at the competition you may change into your black sponsor tee and red Viper shorts**

You must change back into your uniform and fix your hair for the top ten announcements.  You do not have to wear competition make up. You are required to stay for the awards ceremony on Sunday.  No exceptions!!!  Immediately following your awards ceremony, you MUST meet with your team coach for a head count and final instructions.
